Selling and buying at the same time can be very stressful, Rich did a great job of guiding us through the process and reducing the stress. He is very knowledgeable of southern NH and is a great resource in that regard as well. We had a few unexpected issues arise throughout the process and he was very patient. He also did a great job of staying in touch after the sale and purchase went through which another realtor we used in the past did not.
